Shipping/Delivery

An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it within half an hour of placing an order. We use Sendle for all of our Australian orders. We endeavour to have orders packed and shipping within 24-48 hours of purchase. These times may vary for launch days and sale periods where we will require additional time to dispatch your orders. 

We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING for Australian orders:

Standard Shipping (4-6 business days approximately) $9.00

Express Shipping (2-3 business days approximately) $12.00

Returns

Please choose wisely when placing your order as we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We do however offer a store credit. Please make sure your item(s) are as follows:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Original tags still attached
  • Item in its original packaging

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the credit note once your item has been received. You will be notified via email once the credit has been issued.

Please note we do not accept returns, store credit or exchanges for anything purchased from our Love Wyld Silicone Dinner Set range. Everything purchased from the range is final sale at the time of checkout. 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please be aware that you have 14 days to arrange for the issue to be rectified from the date of purchase. Fill out our “Contact Form” or alternatively email wyldonline@gmail.com and someone from our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

When returning an item please be aware that you will need to cover the cost for return postage which is $9.00. Someone from our customer service team will email you a shipping label which will need to be attached to your satchel securely and clearly before returning. Drop the package off at your nearest drop off point, this will be disclosed to you via email and then please allow 24-48 hours to receive your store credit.
